Belle Case

My nickname is Belle and my Thai name is Kanoknart. I was born in the south of Thailand, so I grew up experiencing Thai and Chinese culinary traditions. From a very young age I would help my mother in the family restaurant where my mother taught me the finer details of these wonderful cuisines.

I started to teach cookery privately in 2008. I have also delivered classes at Paya Thai Cooking and Kent Cookery School. I have given live cooking demonstrations to audiences at The Great Kent Chilli Festival, Hythe Food Festival, The Kent Country Show and The Taste of Kent Food Festival. I have extensive catering experience at functions ranging from small parties to large weddings.

I opened Belle's Thai Kitchen at the William Caxton pub, Tenterden in January 2020 where my delicious food is available three nights a week (Thursday to Saturday). Please visit www.williamcaxtontenterden.co.uk to view the menu.

I love showing my students how quick and easy it is to make fresh and healthy Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese and Japanese dishes. Please contact me to discover the secrets of Asian cuisine.
