Belle Case

Belle, whose Thai name is ‘Kanoknart', is from the south of Thailand where she grew up experiencing both Thai and Chinese culinary traditions. From a very young age Belle would help her mother in the family restaurant where her mother taught her the finer details of Thai cuisine.

Belle started to teach cooking in 2008. Since then, Belle has taught at Paya Thai Cooking, Kent Cookery School and Ashdown Manna Cookery School. She has given live cooking demonstrations to audiences at The Great Kent Chilli Festival, Hythe Food Festival, The Kent Country Show and The Taste of Kent Food Festival. Belle has extensive catering experience at functions ranging from small parties to large weddings.
