My nickname is Belle and my Thai name is Kanoknart. I was born in the south of Thailand in a small town called Kantang (in Trang province), so I grew up experiencing Thai and Chinese culinary traditions. From a very young age, I would help in the family restaurant. Over the years, my mother taught me the finer details of these wonderful cuisines.
I started to teach cookery privately in 2008. I have also delivered classes at some local cookery schools. I have given live cooking demonstrations to audiences at The Great Kent Chilli Festival, Hythe Food Festival, The Kent Country Show and The Taste of Kent Food Festival. I have extensive catering experience at functions ranging from small parties to large weddings.
