WEEKDAY CLASSES

These classes are for people who would like to learn about cooking Thai/Asian food during the week. They are short classes for people who like to learn new skills. Each class features an exciting dish, such as Gyoza, Wonton or Noodles.  There’s no need to bring anything with you; everything will be provided for you at the venue.

All of my Thai/Asian cooking classes are about being hands-on and preparing fresh and delicious Thai food yourself, but I will guide you at every step – whether you are a beginner or an advanced cook. I will help you to balance your flavours and advise you on not only how you can source authentic ingredients but also find substitute ingredients in your local supermarket.

Group size: up to 4-6 people

Duration: 1–2 hours

Time: Wednesday from 10.30 am
